We have urgent opening as Account Executive having one to three year experience in Tally/Marketing.

-Bank entries including reconciliation.

- Independent handling of small accounts including cash, bank, jv, share related entry.

- Knowledge in taxation, audit, company law matters.

-Full knowledge of tally.

-Good Communication skill, verbal & written.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 0-3 years of working experience in Accounting. She must have good communication skill, knowledge of

tally,account background.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

B.Com, M.Com. Fresher CA,MBA in finance with Good communication skills and knowledge of Hindi, English and

preferably the local language of the region in which he would be working.

We have urgent opening as Back office Assistance, having Qualification

MBA(International Agri-Business) /MBA in Quality Management/MBA in Marketing.

We required only Girls either fresher or experience.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
    • Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the company’s products and services are aligned to meet those needs.
    • Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Achieve sales targets and quotas by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing accounts.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    • Work closely with marketing and other teams to generate leads and convert them into clients.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  3. Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation:

    • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to clients.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to close deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that deliverables align with client expectations.
  4. Market Research and Lead Generation:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
    • Use networking, referrals, and cold outreach methods to generate new client opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies.
  5. Sales Reporting and Analytics:

    • Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline progress, and conversions.
    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with the sales support, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure client success.
    • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services as promised to clients.
    • Provide feedback from clients to help improve products or services.
  7. Client Retention and Upselling:

    • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure they are satisfied and continue using company products or services.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients where applicable.
    • Ensure clients receive excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  8. Contract Renewals and Account Management:

    • Manage contract renewals and renegotiate terms as needed to retain clients.
    • Maintain client accounts, ensuring that clients’ needs are met and relationships remain strong.
