Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative and back-office tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support HR and admin activities.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, records, and documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to office administration.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration or back-office roles.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

Languages:

  • Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (both spoken and written).

Communication Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in the required languages.

Key Competencies:

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative tools.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 CTC per month
