Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java/Kotlin/Android Native, ensuring top-notch performance and user experience.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and participate in code reviews to maintain development standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to understand requirements and create user-centric solutions.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix bugs, ensuring functionality across different devices and Android versions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for smooth and responsive performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for code, design processes, and application functionality.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest Android development trends, tools, and best practices to contribute to team growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 1-2 years of Android development experience. Freshers with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and the Android SDK.
  • Hands-on experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and other development tools.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services.
  • Understanding of Android design principles and best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with modern Android development frameworks like Jetpack Compose or Flutter.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to agile development methodologies.
