Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Assistant Manager - Sales to drive growth and expand the market share of our company in the Government & Infrastructure sector for the NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enquiry generation, pre-sales, negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales service. This role involves building dealer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and gathering market intelligence.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth & Market Expansion:

    • Achieve and surpass sales targets in the Government & Infrastructure sector.
    • Expand the company’s presence in Contracting, Street Furniture, and Tele Management domains.
  2. Enquiry Generation & Deal Management:

    • Generate leads and enquiries for products and services.
    • Conduct pre-sales activities, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
  3. Post-Sales Service:

    • Ensure seamless post-sales support and service to maintain client satisfaction.
  4. Budgeting & Reporting:

    • Propose annual sales budgets and divide them into quarterly goals.
    • Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports to management (N+1).
  5. Dealer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer networks.
  6. Market Intelligence:

    • Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Share insights with management to shape strategic decisions.
  7. Government Liaison:

    • Collaborate with Government bodies, PWD, and Architects for project execution.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a relevant sales role
Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 - ₹9,00,000 per annum

Education & Qualifications:

  • Graduation: B.Tech/B.E. (Electronics/Mechanical)
  • Post-Graduation: MBA (Preferred but not mandatory)

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the Government & Infrastructure market.
  • Proven experience working with Government bodies, PWD, and Architects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of the local language is a plus).
  • Proficiency in building relationships and negotiating deals.
  • Stable career record and professional demeanor.
