Job Overview

The Associate BDM will be responsible for strategizing, generating, and growing business in Surat and nearby textile markets, focusing on the Mill Sector.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Sales Planning & Execution:

    • Create and execute sales plans aligned with set sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the RSM to ensure seamless sales processes and meet key objectives.
  2. Market Analysis & Growth:

    • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
    • Discover and build relationships with new dealers and customers in the region.
  3. Product Promotion & Customer Support:

    • Conduct product promotions and demonstrations to customers.
    • Address customer challenges promptly and propose effective solutions.
    • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Dealer Management:

    • Work collaboratively with dealers to achieve outstanding results.
    • Propose dealer-wise customer allocation and support their growth.
  5. Reporting & Budgeting:

    • Prepare and review annual sales budgets for the assigned area.
    • Regularly report sales results and requirements to the RSM.

Soft Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Specific Skills Required

  • In-depth knowledge of customers and dealers in Surat and nearby regions.
  • Familiarity with fabric processing and auxiliary sales.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the same geography.
  • Prior experience in fabric processing or auxiliary sales is preferred.

Education Qualification

  • Degree or diploma in Textile Chemistry.
  • Candidates with prior experience in fabric processing or auxiliary sales will be given preference.
