Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Staff member to support our team in managing essential data, ensuring legal compliance, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong organizational skills and the ability to assist with both back office and front office operations.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, compile, and organize data crucial for the company's business operations.
  • Provide a high degree of support to team members, including the maintenance of legal compliance documents.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
  • Assist and coordinate with the front office team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help with inventory control, monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
  • Organize staff meetings, maintain calendars, and update schedules.
  • Ensure photocopying and digitization of documents are conducted in accordance with mission guidelines.
  • Explain the products and services offered by the company to customers as needed.
  • Record and maintain office expenses, providing reports as required.

Qualifications:
