  • Hands on experience with Online Bidding portals like guru, Upwork etc

  • Good Communication skills, client handling

  • Hands on experience with Lead Generation, Revenue Generation

  • Proposal Writing, Email Marketing etc.

  • If not from IT Service industry, should have experience with sales and marketing and Insurance sales. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team

  • Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless execution of projects

  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify growth opportunities
