Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress against targets to senior management.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build a strong professional network.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and delivery of services.

Qualifications:

  • MBA degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and develop client relationships.
