Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to develop and implement sales strategies, build lasting client relationships, and drive the growth and profitability of our business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and a keen ability to adapt to market trends and customer needs.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and new customer acquisition.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with target audiences and clients.
  • Update and manage customer databases using CRM tools.
  • Provide support to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Strategy

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing plans.
  • Work closely with in-house or external creative teams to design marketing materials (e.g., brochures, adverts).
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Compile and distribute financial and statistical information to support decision-making.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to the management.
  • Track and manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Support the marketing manager in executing agreed activities and campaigns.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and effective marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis.
