Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive in the automobile industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base. This role involves fostering client relationships, generating leads, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct research to identify potential customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
    • Analyze data and industry insights to uncover growth opportunities and emerging trends.
    • Stay updated on technological advancements, regulatory changes, and consumer preferences in the automotive industry.
  2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and qualify leads through channels like cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
    • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and business expansion opportunities.
    • Develop innovative strategies to attract new customers and generate sales leads.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications to understand client needs.
    • Anticipate requirements and proactively offer tailored solutions.
  4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Implement sales strategies and action plans to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate terms and secure profitable deals and contracts.
  5. Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:

    • Identify and engage with strategic partners, vendors, and suppliers to expand offerings.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and collaboration arrangements.
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with industry stakeholders to boost growth and visibility.
  6. Marketing and Promotions:

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns, events, and advertising materials.
    • Leverage digital marketing channels and social media to generate leads.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  7. Corporate Industry Visits:

    • Plan and execute visits to corporate clients and business partners to understand their needs.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
    • Establish rapport with decision-makers to foster partnerships and secure contracts.
    • Gather feedback to tailor solutions and services effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (4 to 6 years), ideally in the automobile industry.
  • Strong sales techniques, negotiation skills, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in engaging with corporate clients and fleet operators.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.

Salary Offer: ₹3,60,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum (LPA)
Benefits: Performance-based monthly increments and incentives.
Working Hours: 9:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M. (Monday to Saturday, fixed Sunday off)
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
