Job Title: Business Development Manager - Sales & Development
Location: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Chennai, & Gurgaon

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth for our virtual/diploma courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, sales, and business development within the education (Engineering colleges) sector.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in business development and management
  • Strong background in lead generation and sales process setup
  • Edtech industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA/BBA preferred) or any degree with relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related software
