  2. 3+ years of experience in business development.
  3. Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue growth.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Primary Responsibilities :

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  1. Meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies.
  3. Negotiate and close deals.
  4. Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting.

Marketing and Branding:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns.
  2. Enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  3. Develop and maintain marketing materials.

Strategic Planning:

  1. Analyze market trends and industry developments.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans.
  3. Identify and mitigate business risks.

Team Leadership:

  1. Lead and manage the business development team.
  2. Mentor and train team members.
  3. Set performance goals and evaluate progress.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

  1. Experience in the education sector or sales in e-learning.
  2. MBA or relevant advanced degree.
  3. Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CRM, digital marketing) is an advantage.

Headquarters: Chennai

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Compensation Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Location of Posting: Pune

Candidate’s Location: Preference for candidates currently based in Pune.
