Responsibility Area & Specific Tasks:

Business Development

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the textile industry.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify new markets for expansion.

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market reach.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, and cold calling.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer customized textile solutions to meet their requirements.

Negotiation and Closing

  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals with clients.
  • Ensure all agreements align with company policies and profitability targets.

Product Knowledge

  • Have a thorough understanding of textile products, including fabrics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and new product launches.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market performance, sales reports, and pipeline development.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback from clients to assist in product development and improvement.

Market Research

  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify new trends, emerging markets, and potential growth areas in the textile sector.

Reporting

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the management.
  • Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the textile industry is a plus.
