Job Description: Channel Sales Manager

Position: Assistant Manager (Band F)
Reporting To: Chief Growth Officer


Role Overview

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for effectively operationalizing and managing consultative selling through self, team, and direct selling partners. The role requires entrepreneurial spirit, balancing revenue generation, engagement, and brand-building activities.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  1. Channel Partner & SCA Management

    • Identify, recruit, and nurture Channel Partners and Senior Citizen Ambassadors (SCAs).
    • Assist Channel Partners & SCAs in identifying lead sources and supporting them in client visits when needed.
    • Increase lead generation and conversions by providing customized solutions for prospective customers.
  2. Direct Lead Generation

    • Generate leads by engaging with apartment societies, clubs, hospitals, ex-defense personnel housing societies, and individual networks.
    • Organize meetings, deliver presentations, and schedule sales appointments.
  3. Sales Execution

    • Conduct one-on-one consultative selling and convert leads to memberships.
    • Follow up on leads from digital channels and personal networks.
    • Engage with international prospects (e.g., NRIs) to promote memberships for their relatives in the service location.
  4. Administrative Responsibilities

    • Manage sales documentation, revenue collection, and bank deposits.
    • Prepare reports and ensure adherence to company procedures.

Key Results Areas (KRAs)

  • Lead Conversion: Achieve planned vs. actual customer acquisition targets.
  • Revenue Goals: Meet assigned revenue targets through effective channel and direct selling efforts.
  • Channel Development: Establish and maintain functional partnerships with Channel Partners & SCAs.
  • Sales Process: Ensure a seamless sales cycle from lead generation to membership conversion.

Qualifications & Background

  • Experience: Relevant experience in channel management and consultative sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred).
    • Flexibility to work in the field.
    • Proven ability to forecast and meet targets.
