Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: India (Global Travel Required)
Reports to: CEO

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations globally. The CFO will drive the financial strategy, manage financial planning, ensure compliance, and lead risk management across the organization. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, the CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial direction and success, with opportunities for global travel.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to deliver financial solutions that promote business growth.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Lead financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support decision-making.

Accounting and Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee the preparation and approval of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements (GAAP or IFRS).
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Establish robust internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee risk management processes, including insurance and asset protection.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.

Treasury and Capital Management:

  • Manage the capital structure, including debt, equity, and cash management strategies.
  • Oversee cash flow management and optimize financing strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions and manage credit lines.

Investor Relations:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with investors, providing insights into financial health and strategy.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and investors.
  • Communicate financial strategy and performance to shareholders and potential investors.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams.
  • Ensure the team has the skills and resources to achieve financial goals.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • ACCA certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial roles.
  • Proven expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, analysis, accounting, and risk management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with investor relations and board-level communication.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel proficiency.
