Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Reporting To: CEO

Job Description:

The CHRO will play a pivotal role in aligning the organization's human resources strategy with its overall business objectives. The role encompasses the development and execution of comprehensive HR plans, ensuring seamless operations across all facets of human resources management.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and execute the overarching HR strategy in alignment with the company's business plans.
    • Lead initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organizational Design, Talent Management, and Industrial Relations.
  2. Policy Development and Implementation:

    • Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Establish and monitor Key Result Areas (KRAs) for employees to drive organizational performance.
  3. Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to manage HR functions effectively across manufacturing plants.
    • Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities to maximize organizational efficiency.
  4. Employee Relations and Compliance:

    • Drive proactive employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
    • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  5. Operational Excellence:

    • Ensure strategic utilization of human resources to support business growth.
    • Implement systems to track HR metrics and improve decision-making processes.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR & IR, preferably at a Director or CHRO level.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing HR strategies, policies, and KRAs.
  • Strong background in industrial relations, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Familiarity with multi-site manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
