Job Overview:

An Italian Pizza Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Italian pizzas, ensuring high-quality taste and presentation. The role involves dough preparation, creating pizza sauces, adding fresh toppings, and baking pizzas to perfection. The chef must maintain a clean, organized kitchen, follow food safety standards, and collaborate with other kitchen staff.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings for pizzas.
  • Bake pizzas to the highest standards using traditional methods.
  • Maintain inventory of pizza ingredients and ensure freshness.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Occasionally interact with customers and handle special requests.
  • Contribute to menu innovation and suggest new pizza recipes.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience Required: Preferred if the candidate has previous experience in Italian pizza making, but not required as training will be provided.
  • Education: High school diploma is required; post-graduation is not necessary.
  • Special Courses: Training will be provided by the team.
