Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Child Psychologist to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues in children and adolescents. The role involves working closely with children, parents, and educators to support psychological well-being and development.

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders in children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, therapy sessions, and interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support a child's psychological well-being.
  • Conduct psychological testing and evaluations.
  • Provide counseling and therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient assessments and treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in child psychology.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Master’s degree in Psychology; Ph.D. preferred.
  • Experience: 7-8 years of professional experience in child psychology.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is preferable.
  • Communication Skills: Must be fluent in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Contract Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
  • Location: Bahrain.
  • Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
