Job Title: Client Success Partner (Work From Home)

Experience: 2 - 7 years
Salary Range: ₹4 lacs - ₹8 lacs per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Shifts between 4 PM - Midnight & 10 PM - 6 AM (IST)


Job Description:

As a Client Success Partner, you will provide direct administrative support, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless coordination for events. This role involves a mix of administrative duties, client servicing, and hands-on event assistance to ensure a superior guest experience.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and emails promptly.
  • Assist with daily operations of the Catering Sales & Conference Services team.
  • Coordinate tasting appointments for clients and follow up post-tasting.
  • Create contracts, order tickets, and finalize invoices.
  • Manage weekly kitchen order updates and event confirmation processes.
  • Ensure final confirmation of events 2 weeks in advance and follow up 1 month prior for weddings.
  • Update guest count, event timelines, and rental requirements.
  • Add new dishes to the Master Menu.
  • Follow up for feedback post-events and take necessary action.
  • Generate and handle corporate leads.
  • Seek feedback on weekly orders every Monday and maintain records.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Prior experience in events, food & beverage, catering, hotels, or resorts is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word); knowledge of TripleSeat and AllSeating is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Must be professional, enthusiastic, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Open to working in shifts; energetic and adaptable to change.
  • Customer Focus: Strong convincing power and a client-centric approach.
  • Discretion: Maintain client privacy and exercise a high level of discretion.
  • Preferred: Banquet sales experience is desired.
