Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Role Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Executive in the automobile industry, you will act as the primary point of contact between the dealership/service center and customers. This role involves building strong customer relationships, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the dealership's products and services.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries, test drives, and vehicle selection.
    • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
    • Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Service Coordination:

    • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
    • Communicate service recommendations, estimates, and updates to customers clearly and courteously.
    • Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
  3. Customer Feedback and Surveys:

    • Collect customer feedback on dealership/service experiences.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify improvement areas and measure satisfaction levels.
    • Analyze survey results and collaborate with management to implement enhancements based on customer insights.
  4. Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and preferences for personalized future interactions.
    • Engage customers proactively on special occasions, such as birthdays or vehicle anniversaries, to strengthen relationships.
  5. Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and technologies to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role, preferably in the automobile industry (2 to 6 years).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Enthusiasm for automobiles and a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹3,60,000 - ₹4,80,000 LPA.
  • Monthly salary increment based on performance.
  • Incentives.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
  • Sunday: Fixed off.
