    Graduation/Post-Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or related field
    Local Candidate or Any Other City/State Preference: Preferred from the South side
    Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
    Languages Known: English Preferred
    Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior):
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of product/service offerings, proficient in customer relationship management systems, familiarity with problem-solving techniques in a customer service context
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, proficient in using customer service tools and software
  • Attitude & Behavior: Customer-centric approach with a proactive mindset, empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns, positive and adaptable attitude towards evolving customer needs
    Age: Preferably Male
