Primary Responsibilities :
3. Instrument Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instrumentation systems, including DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
- Create detailed specifications for instruments and control systems.
- Review and approve design documents, loop diagrams, and cable schedules.
- Collaborate with vendors to select suitable instrumentation for the project.
- Perform FAT/SAT and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with software like SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation).
- Familiarity with IEC, ISA, and other industry standards.
4. Static Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze static equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks.
- Prepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with ASME, API, and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and fabrication teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Perform fitness-for-service evaluations and troubleshooting for existing equipment.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Expertise in design tools like PVElite, Compress, or ANSYS.
- Strong knowledge of material selection and welding processes.
5. Rotating Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and specify rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and turbines.
- Perform performance evaluations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Review vendor proposals and coordinate with suppliers for equipment design.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and suggest improvements.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Familiarity with API standards for rotating equipment.
- Proficient in software like AutoCAD and CAESAR II.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
