We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, performance marketing, and brand building—preferably within the Real Estate or Interior Design sectors. You’ll be responsible for driving our online presence, lead generation, and digital innovation across platforms.

Design and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and leads.
Analyze market and competitor trends to inform strategic decisions.
Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring ROI-focused execution across channels.
Manage and grow brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Create engaging, brand-aligned content calendars and posts.
Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions in real time.
Oversee both on-page and off-page SEO initiatives.
Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor benchmarking.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure search-friendly digital content.
Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
Run A/B tests for creatives and landing pages.
Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.
Work with web developers/designers for UX/UI enhancements and SEO optimization.
Keep website content up to date: blogs, landing pages, case studies, and portfolios.
Ensure the site is mobile-responsive and conversion-oriented.
Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and social platform insights for data analysis.
Present weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Maintain dashboards for tracking campaign success and marketing KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) is a plus.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience, with 4+ years in digital marketing.
Mandatory experience in Real Estate or Interior Design industries.
Deep expertise in SMM, SEO, SEM, and content strategy.
Proficiency with tools: Google Ads, Meta Suite, Canva, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console.
Creative thinker with strong design sense and storytelling skills.
