Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor

Company Overview:

Yesho Tuff is a leading architectural glass processing company based in Hyderabad. We manufacture high-quality glass used in buildings and facade applications for high-rise and high-value projects across India. In the future, we plan to expand into international exports.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Dispatch Supervisor who can lead a team of 10 blue-collar employees to ensure the efficient dispatch and handling of architectural glass across Hyderabad and various parts of India. The role will also involve managing international container dispatches in the future.

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Packing & Dispatch Coordination:

    • Arrange, sort, and supervise packing as per the delivery schedule.
    • Ensure timely and safe dispatch of materials.

  2. Route Optimization & Delivery Planning:

    • Optimize routes for faster deliveries.
    • Consolidate orders for cost and time efficiency.

  3. Customer Communication:

    • Coordinate with customers to inform them of delivery schedules.
    • Address any concerns related to dispatch.

  4. Record-Keeping & Documentation:

    • Maintain records of delivery receipts and confirmation documents.
    • Ensure accurate MIS reporting for dispatches.

  5. Logistics Vendor Management:

    • Manage and negotiate with logistics vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

  6. Safety & Compliance:

    • Ensure safe handling of glass to prevent damage.
    • Implement safety measures for both manpower and material during transit.

  7. Dispatch Target Achievement:

    • Maintain consistent dispatch targets and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in dispatch/logistics/supply chain management.
  • Team Management: Experience handling a team of 5-10 people.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Proficiency in English & Hindi (Knowledge of Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada is a plus).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and WhatsApp.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Smartphone and two-wheeler required for conveyance.
    • Willingness to relocate near the manufacturing unit in Shadnagar (40 km south of Hyderabad Airport).
