Job Description / Responsibilities
o Customer service support & attending complaint calls
o Carry out supervision of erection & commissioning of pumps
o Carry out servicing of pumps at site for warranty/paid jobs
o Trouble shooting ,root cause analysing & taking corrective actions
o Prompt respond to client in resolving the issues
o Preparing detailed service analysis report for customer submission
o Maintain the history of customer service support calls delivered
o Contribution and taking effective measures in reducing the customer
complaints and warranty jobs
o Following & maintaining service documents as per ISO procedures
