Job Description:

The Executive - BD will be responsible for telecalling, data collection, and lead generation activities, contributing to the overall marketing and sales pipeline. The role requires proactive outreach to potential clients, maintaining communication, and providing valuable information to prospects, with the goal of generating qualified leads.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telecalling to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Gather and manage data for marketing and business development purposes.
  • Identify business opportunities by researching and contacting potential customers.
  • Accurately document client interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.

Contract Duration: 2 years

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in outbound telecalling

Education:

  • Graduation required; Post-graduation is a plus.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong command of English for outbound telecalling.
