Job Title: Facility Manager

Primary Responsibilities :

Detailed Work Profile:

  • Oversee routine maintenance of a large housing society, including civil works, seepage issues, electrical maintenance, lift issues, and other related matters.
  • Manage and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff (approx. 300).
  • Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of elevators, water pumps, swimming pools, and water distribution systems.
  • Address and resolve issues related to seepage and other building maintenance challenges.
  • Maintain the fire water system and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Experience Required:

  • 5-10 years of experience in facility management, particularly in large housing societies.

Education Profile:

  • Graduation: B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Post-Graduation: Not Mandatory.
  • Special Course: Experience in maintaining large housing societies.

Salary Budget:

  • ₹50,000 – ₹100,000 per month

Personal Attributes:

  • Age: Between 35-50 years.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English letter writing; Computer literacy is a must.
  • Languages Known: English, Telugu, and Hindi.

  • Expertise in resolving seepage issues.
  • Capability to manage a large team of maintenance and housekeeping staff.
  • Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of elevators.
  • Experience in maintaining water pumps, swimming pools, water distribution systems, and fire water systems.
