Position Overview:

The Finance & Account Executive plays a critical role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, assisting in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The Finance & Account Executive works closely with other departments to ensure the efficient management of the organization’s financial resources.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Financial Recordkeeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of all financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting:

    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
    • Assist in the preparation of management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Support audits by preparing financial documents and responding to auditors' inquiries.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable:

    • Process and track payments, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and employees.
    • Monitor accounts receivable and assist in collection efforts to ensure timely receipt of payments from clients.
  • Cash Flow Management:

    • Assist in monitoring cash flow to ensure that the organization has sufficient funds to meet operational needs.
    • Prepare cash flow projections and report on cash flow status to management.
  • Tax & Compliance:

    • Assist with preparing tax returns and other compliance-related filings.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and tax laws.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, reports, and general accounting practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard office hours with occasional overtime as needed during month-end or year-end reporting periods.
  • Work in a professional office environment with access to accounting software tools and resources.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 6-7.5 LPA
