Detailed Work Profile

1. Financial Analysis:

  • Analyze financial statements and prepare reports to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results with budgeted figures.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather budgetary inputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

3. Data Collection and Reporting:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze financial data using tools such as Excel and financial software.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries for senior management.

4. Process Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with established financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Internal Controls:

  • Monitor and maintain internal controls related to financial processes.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or deviations from established procedures.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Experience and Qualification

  • Experience: 4–5 years (Fresher applications will not be considered).
  • Education:
    • Graduation: B.Com
    • Post-Graduation: MBA
  • Key Competencies:
    • Proficiency in financial analysis and advanced Excel.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Basic accounting knowledge.

Personal Attributes

  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Salary Range

  • ₹5,40,000 – ₹7,20,000 per annum
