Detailed Work Profile
1. Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial statements and prepare reports to provide insights into financial performance.
- Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results with budgeted figures.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather budgetary inputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3. Data Collection and Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data using tools such as Excel and financial software.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries for senior management.
4. Process Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with established financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Internal Controls:
- Monitor and maintain internal controls related to financial processes.
- Identify and report discrepancies or deviations from established procedures.
