Fire Officer

*Job Summary:-

-We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Officer to oversee fire safety, prevention, and emergency response within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing fire safety policies, conducting risk assessments, training personnel, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.

*Key Responsibilities:-

1. Develop, implement, and enforce fire safety policies and procedures.

2. Conduct fire risk assessments and inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities.

3. Ensure compliance with fire safety laws, regulations, and codes.

4. Design and implement fire evacuation plans and emergency response procedures.

5. Inspect and maintain firefighting equipment, alarms, and sprinkler systems.

6. Train employees and emergency response teams in fire prevention and evacuation drills.

7. Investigate fire incidents and hazards, providing reports and recommendations.

8. Liaise with fire departments, regulatory authorities, and emergency response teams.

9. Monitor flammable materials handling and storage to minimize risks.

10. Keep detailed records of fire drills, safety inspections, and incidents.

Requirements & Skills:-

1. Knowledge of fire codes, safety regulations, and emergency response procedures.

2. Ability to assess fire risks and implement preventive measures.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Familiarity with firefighting equipment, fire suppression systems, and first aid.

5. Ability to stay calm and act decisively during emergencies.
