Job Description:

Utilizing exceptional industry knowledge to provide vision and set guidelines for service station employees, the Operations Incharge will oversee all aspects of operations to ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include budget development, accounts receivable, payroll administration, sales and inventory reporting, and addressing quality concerns.

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Management:

    • Manage all gas stations located in Karnataka.
    • Maintain good customer relationships.
    • Order stock and interact with vendors.
  2. Employee Management:

    • Create employee schedules, train new employees, supervise daily activities, and handle disputes between employees and customers.
    • Report employee timesheets to the HR department for timely payroll.
    • Recruit new Fuel Station Managers (FSMs) and handle the interview process.
  3. Reporting:

    • Create daily and monthly sales reports.
    • Prepare reports regarding sales, inventory, and quality concerns.
  4. Training & Coaching:

    • Coach and train employees on specific duties and procedures to uphold and maintain company standards.
  5. Inventory & Purchasing:

    • Control inventory of spare parts and fuel.
    • Complete purchase requisitions on time, restock, and organize inventory items regularly.
  6. Problem-Solving:

    • Solve complex customer and employee problems to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  7. Sales & Merchandising:

    • Manage merchandising and product displays to boost sales.
  8. Financial Management:

    • Create a monthly budget and set goals to ensure profitability.
    • Implement loss prevention measures, control expenses, and avoid waste.
  9. Employee Training:

    • Train employees on running cash registers, operating gas pumps, cleaning floors and lots, emptying trash, and serving customers.

Location of Job:

Bangalore, Karnataka

Annual Salary:

4.20 to 5.00 lacs

Experience:

2-3 years working experience in a similar field

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate
  2. Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English
  3. Computer knowledge (MS Office)
