Salary Range:

₹50,000 - ₹80,000 per month

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Operations:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments (housekeeping, front office, F&B, etc.).
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.
  2. Staff Management:

    • Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
    • Manage recruitment, performance evaluation, and team development.
  3. Guest Experience:

    • Ensure high-quality customer service and address guest complaints or feedback promptly.
    • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
    • Analyze revenue reports and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  5. Marketing & Sales:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and increase occupancy.
    • Establish partnerships with travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders.
  6. Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant regulations, including health, safety, and labor laws.
    • Regularly inspect facilities to ensure standards are maintained.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a related role.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and achieving financial targets.
  3. Skills:

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficient in hotel management software and basic accounting principles.
  4. Communication:

    • Fluency in English (knowledge of local language preferred).

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends.
