Role Overview:

We are seeking two dynamic and professional Hotel Managers (1 Male and 1 Female) to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain high service standards.
  2. Guest Services:

    • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Staff Supervision:

    • Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Conduct performance reviews and set objectives for team members.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue.
    • Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
  5. Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
    • Maintain hygiene and safety standards across all departments.
  6. Strategic Planning:

    • Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance the hotel's performance.
    • Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and CRM tools is a plus.
