We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly organized House Manager / Butler to manage the daily operations of the CEO’s residence in Gurgaon. This is a live-in role, with on-site accommodation provided. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, efficient, and luxurious home management—including staff supervision, hospitality, food service coordination, and travel support.
This role requires a background in luxury residential management or hospitality, fluency in English and Hindi, and a willingness to travel internationally, particularly between India and Singapore.

Supervise cleaners, cooks, and other domestic staff to ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards.
Oversee wardrobe organization and ensure all clothing and accessories are maintained properly.
Manage and coordinate household repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, furniture, etc.).
Maintain a detailed inventory of household supplies, groceries, and essentials, ensuring timely purchases.
Ensure high-quality, nutritious meals are prepared and served daily.
Work closely with cooks to plan healthy meal options as per the CEO’s preferences.
Oversee table settings, presentation, and dining etiquette for both daily meals and formal occasions.
Manage hospitality arrangements for all visitors, including business guests, family, and social acquaintances.
Ensure guest rooms are well-prepared and maintained for overnight visitors.
Coordinate with staff to provide seamless and discreet service during guests' visits.
Plan and oversee business lunches, dinners, and social gatherings at the residence.
Manage logistics for formal events, private parties, and special occasions.
Coordinate catering, décor, and event setup to ensure a luxurious and hassle-free experience.
Handle email correspondence and manage online orders or bookings as needed.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for household needs and event planning.
Maintain household budgets and track expenses.
Accompany the CEO on international trips, particularly to Singapore, ensuring smooth transitions between residences.
Oversee travel-related packing, logistics, and household arrangements at both locations.
Minimum 6 years of experience in house management, luxury hospitality, or as a butler in a high-net-worth household.
Resident position in Gurgaon – must be comfortable living on-site (accommodation provided).
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage staff and ensure smooth home operations.
Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
Ability to write basic emails and use online platforms for household management.
Understanding of hospitality, guest management, and event coordination.
Knowledge of food service, etiquette, and wardrobe organization.
Experience in handling luxury home maintenance and repairs.
Must have a valid passport and be open to international travel as required.
Formal education in hospitality, house management, or butler training.
Experience in managing industrial family homes or luxury residences.
Background in fine dining and event management is a plus.
