Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's human resources functions. This includes recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, employee relations, labor law compliance, and fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset and leadership capabilities to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Hiring:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
    • Screen, interview, and onboard new employees.
  2. Employee Onboarding and Performance Management:

    • Design and manage an effective onboarding process.
    • Monitor and evaluate employee performance regularly.
  3. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and organize relevant programs to enhance skills and career development.
  4. Benefits Administration:

    • Oversee employee benefits programs and address employee queries.
  5. Employee Relations and Compliance:

    • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  6. Strategic HR Initiatives:

    • Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  7. Conflict Resolution:

    • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
  8. HR Documentation and Policy Implementation:

    • Draft, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications
