Position: HR Team Member
Experience: 2-3 Years
Industry: Industrial Projects (Any Industry)
Salary: ₹2 - ₹3 Lakhs per annum

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Team Member to join our dynamic team for an industrial project. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and supporting overall HR operations within the industrial project environment.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for technical and non-technical positions.
    • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they understand company policies and project-specific guidelines.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, grievances, and support.
    • Help maintain a positive work environment and address employee issues promptly and effectively.
  3. HR Operations & Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations applicable to the project site.
    • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave management.
  4. Payroll & Compensation:

    • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate data entry and timely salary disbursement.
    • Handle queries related to compensation, benefits, and leave policies.
  5. Performance Management:

    • Support the implementation of performance review processes and assist in tracking employee performance metrics.
    • Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills.
  6. HR Documentation & Reporting:

    • Prepare and maintain HR reports, including recruitment status, employee attendance, and compliance checklists.
    • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communication materials.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within an industrial project or manufacturing environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced industrial setting.
