Job Description :
  • 1. Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department
  • 2. Enter employment data into computer database
  • 3. Track and update hourly employee leaves of absence
  • 4. Trainee HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
  • 5. Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions
  • 6. Have experience in recruitment
  • 7. Also have basic understanding of hiring portals

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience in HR or related fields are encouraged to apply.
    • Any internships or relevant coursework in HR practices is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with HR concepts and labor laws is beneficial.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR tools and technologies.

  • Attention to Detail:

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling documentation and data entry.

  • Teamwork:

    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Adaptability:

    • Flexibility to take on various tasks and learn from different HR functions.

  • Language:

    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
