Job Description:

  • Prepare and handle preparation of cold food
  • Prepare and handle preparation of hot food
  • Prepare raw ingredients as per SOP
  • Prepare cooked and partial finished product as per SOP
  • Assembling product as per SOP
  • Food Preparation for Delivery/Catering Guests
  • Food Preparation for quantity ordered by the outlets
  • Packaging of food as per SOP for delivery purpose
  • Ensuring all SOP is well followed by the team
  • Ensuring the yield of product is within range
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene standards
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and overall kitchen cleanliness
  • Manage Inventory level inside the facility
  • Manage Ordering inside the facility
  • Follow the rules and regulations of the company policy and facility location policy
  • Reports to Chef/GM    

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in 4-5 Star Hotels in India (Added Advantage)
  • Chopping/Cutting/Slicing of ingredients (Vegetables and Protein)
  • Familiar with South Asian cuisine would be a place point
  • Willingness to learn
  • Capability to incorporate Indian flavors into modern and international dishes.
  • Able to work well as a single individual and as a team player
  • Able to lead small teams to achieve Business Goals/Results
  • Diploma or certification in culinary arts preferred
  • At least 5-8 years in a professional kitchen with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen staff and interact professionally with guests in a multicultural environment.
