Job Description: Laundry Manager

Position: Laundry Manager
Vacancies: 1
Location: GCC Region

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
  • Manage and supervise the laundry team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and laundry items.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare and manage schedules to ensure optimal staff utilization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet specific laundry needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the laundry field.
    • GCC experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of laundry operations and equipment.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Age: Below 35 years.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: 2500 AED to 3000 AED.
  • Accommodation: Provided.
  • Leave Policy:
    • 30 days of leave after 1 year of service.
    • Leave salary provided.
