Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and best practices.

• Frontend & Backend Development:

  • Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• AI & LLM Implementation:

  • Explore, evaluate, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI and provide recommendations for adoption.

• Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or other relevant languages).
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and LLMs like OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
