Position Title: MARCOM Executive

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Communication: Develop and execute marketing communication strategies, including digital, print, and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (websites, social media, newsletters, blogs) to support marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Awareness: Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to enhance brand visibility and consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and manage events, webinars, and conferences, ensuring effective communication and branding.
  • Internal Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure the marketing message is consistent and unified within the organization.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments to improve results.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications or related roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
    • Experience with content creation and social media management.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Basic knowledge of graphic design and tools like Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
