Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients’ conditions to determine physical and mental impairments
• Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patients’ ability to perform daily activities
• Guide patients through therapeutic activities designed to help them improve motor skills and adapt to physical or cognitive challenges
• Educate patients and their families on home-based exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and lifestyle adjustments
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to meet the changing needs of patients
• Maintain detailed records of patient assessments, therapy plans, and progress reports
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare standards, regulations, and professional codes of conduct
• Promote patient-centered care, ensuring empathy and understanding in all interactions

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT) from a recognized institution
• Minimum 1.5 years of practical experience in occupational therapy
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, patient evaluation, and rehabilitation processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care and teamwork
• Ability to develop and implement customized therapy plans for individuals with varying conditions
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing the highest level of care
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and progress documentation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with adaptive equipment and assistive technology
• Familiarity with both adult and pediatric patient care
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
