Primary Responsibilities :

Responsibilities

  • Streamline operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Motivate and guide the team to high productivity and execution.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and enhance efficiency.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to improve operations and ROI.
  • Build systems to scale operations as the team grows.
  • Manage crises and solve problems before they affect clients.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in operations management.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or service-oriented industries is preferred.

Skills

  • Expertise in project management tools like BaseCamp, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
