Primary Responsibilities :
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Additional certifications in teaching or child care are a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
Familiarity with preschool teaching methodologies and early learning standards.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
Knowledge:
Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
Knowledge of safety and health regulations in a childcare environment.
Personal Attributes:

Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom environments and student needs.
Team player with a collaborative approach to teaching.
Availability:
Willingness to work part-time hours, including mornings and afternoons as required by the school schedule.
