Job Description :-
Private Chef (Mediterranean cuisine) required for an UHNW International family in Dubai, the UAE. The right candidate must have experience in cooking a variety of Mediterranean cuisines including menu planning and healthy options in addition to having a particular flair for catering for private events/special occasions. The Family basically eat chicken, fish (incl shellfish) , meat and lots of vegetables and healthy snacks also wonderful breakfasts.
- Menu planning
- Kitchen maintenance
- All grocery purchasing
- Able to adapt meals to specific requirements
- Cater private events
Key requirements:
- Solid experience in a similar position
- Experience of working in Dubai
- Candidate should have experience in Mediterranean cuisine (Italian, French or Greek) and is familiar with Japanese cuisine (sashimi / maki).
- Candidates must be able to prepare both elegant and casual style dining options.
- Excellent references
- Fluent English

- Time management and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate the principals’ needs
- Creativity and excellent attention to detail
