Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Private Chef for a Saudi family based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Arabic cuisine, as well as other global cuisines. A strong understanding of nutrition is essential, and a background in nutrition or related qualifications is highly preferred. The chef will be responsible for preparing meals for the family while ensuring nutritional balance, variety, and taste.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals following the family’s preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional needs
  • Specialize in Arabic cuisine along with other international dishes
  • Ensure food presentation meets high standards
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • Maintain a diverse menu plan and manage food inventory
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and nutrition standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cooking, especially Arabic and international cuisines
  • Diploma in culinary arts or related field (preferable)
  • Must possess nutritionist knowledge and understanding of balanced diets
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
  • Female candidates are preferred as the role involves living with the family
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Education & Skills:

  • Special course or qualification in Nutrition
  • Strong culinary skills in diverse cuisines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
