Job Title:

Process Modeling and GRC Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Process Modeling and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist with over 10 years of expertise in designing process models, optimizing workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify risks, enhance compliance, and improve operational efficiency through effective process management.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development:
    • Develop and implement process models using industry-standard tools such as BIC, ARIS, or IBM Blueworks Geiom.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Risk Assessment and Compliance:
    • Collaborate with the GRC team to assess risks and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Process Re-engineering:
    • Lead process re-engineering initiatives to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Guidance:
    • Provide training and guidance to business units on best practices in process modeling and GRC.
  • Documentation and Governance:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Industry Awareness:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in process management methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business ManagementProcess Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in process modeling and GRC, with proficiency in tools like the BIC Platform or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Employment Details:

  • Salary Range: KWD 800 to KWD 1,000 per month.
  • Duty Hours: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
  • Contract Period: 3 years.
  • Visa Type: Normal working visa.
  • Food: Provided or allowance-based.
  • Accommodation: Provided.

  • Air Ticket: Provided by the employer.
