Position Overview

Ricoh is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to lead and oversee the product lifecycle, from market research to product innovation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the development, launch, and success of leasing products and services while aligning with company goals and customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
    • Identify opportunities and potential threats to product success.
  2. Product Strategy:

    • Develop and implement product strategies that align with corporate objectives.
    • Set clear goals and roadmaps for leasing products and services.
  3. Product Development:

    • Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of leasing products.
    • Ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements.
  4. Customer Feedback:

    • Gather, analyze, and integrate customer feedback into product updates and new features.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product success.
  6. Performance Monitoring:

    • Track product performance using KPIs and metrics.
    • Continuously evaluate outcomes to meet business objectives.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure adherence to industry regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate product-related risks.
  8. Budget Management:

    • Manage budgets for product development and marketing activities.
  9. Sales Enablement:

    • Equip the sales team with tools, training, and information to effectively promote the products.
  10. Innovation:

  • Drive innovation to improve product offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 10 years in product management, preferably in leasing products or a related domain.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary Range: KWD 800 to KWD 1,000 per month.
  • Duty Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Contract Period: 3 years.
  • Visa Type: Normal working visa.
