Project Manager – High-Rise Residential Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and completion of a high-rise residential project in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Mivan Formwork construction and managing large-scale projects.

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the construction of a large-scale residential high-rise apartment project (500+ flats).
  • Ensure timely execution and quality control at every stage of the project.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Mivan Formwork construction methods and implementation.
  • Hire and manage skilled construction teams, engineers, supervisors, and contractors for project execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction with a strong background in Mivan Formwork.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and drive project success.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹90,000 - ₹1,10,000 per month.
