Job Summary:
The Real Estate Valuation Manager is responsible for overseeing and conducting property valuations for various purposes such as financial reporting, sales, acquisitions, and investment decisions. The role involves ensuring the accuracy of valuations, compliance with industry standards, and adherence to regulatory requirements. The manager will lead a team of valuers and manage client relationships. By delivering high-quality valuations, the Real Estate Valuation Manager will help the organization achieve its strategic goals and enhance its brand reputation in the real estate market.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage property valuations for multiple purposes including financial reporting, investment decisions, sales, and acquisitions.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of valuers, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Deliver high-quality valuations that meet client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to the company’s overall strategic goals and brand reputation.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting property valuations.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple valuation projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate valuation.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in property valuation across various purposes (sales, acquisitions, financial reporting, etc.).

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Membership with the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers is preferred.
  • Membership with MRICS or any equivalent license is a must.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Languages:

  • English (must)
  • Arabic (preferred)

Key Competencies:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in valuation software and tools. Strong knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Salary Range:
15,000 SAR – 30,000 SAR (Basic, Housing, Transportation)
